• Location: Rockland, MA
• Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday
• Type: Direct Hire / Permanent Placement

Join a respected Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Rockland known for delivering high-quality rehab services and fostering a collaborative therapy department. You’ll have the tools and support you need to succeed—whether you’re a new grad or seasoned OT.

💰  Compensation & Benefits:

• Estimated Rate Range: ≈ $35-45/hr , depending on experience, setting, location, and status (full-time, part-time, or PRN)
• Comprehensive benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k)

📝 Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve function and independence.
• Document progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy goals.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team.
• Provide supervision and guidance to COTAs.

✨  Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current MA license (or eligibility)
• Passionate about improving patient quality of life
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
