We are a family who have a home in SF and Sonoma. We would love to introduce a nanny to our children who can help care for them. They are two boys 9 and one girl 5. We need someone who is mature, has commonsense and is caring and nurturing but at the same time, has a gentle firmness to help mitigate children's bickering etc. We don't just want someone to care for our children, we need help with your support in instilling good values. We ask for Mon-Sat but we will alternate the schedule and ask for your flexibility. There are 2-3 other nannies who will help you and will be able to alternate schedules with you, but we will look to you to be the lead. Thank you.
