**Description** SAIC is seeking a highly motivated **MuleSoft Software Engineer** with expert experience to join our Cloud One team Government A1 Enclave by Cloud One project. This role will provide highly skilled MuleSoft Implementation, maintenance and continued support of integration solutions using MuleSoft in an AWS cloud environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and a deep understanding of integration of integration technologies and principals. The Air Force A1 DTA Program is an existing global, interconnected, virtualized, hybrid IT infrastructure that hosts mission systems, applications, and data in support of DoD Services and Agencies. **This position is 100% remote.** **Job Responsibilities:** + **Implementation and Development:** + Design and implement integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. + Develop APIs, orchestrations, and integrations leveraging MuleSoft's tooling. + Collaborate with stakeholders to define integration requirements and solutions. + **Maintenance and Support:** + Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing MuleSoft integrations. + Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner. + Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure reliability and efficiency. + **Collaboration and Communication:** + Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, and business analysts. + Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback. + Document integration processes, configurations, and support procedures. + **Continual Improvement:** + Stay up-to-date with the latest MuleSoft and integration trends and best practices. + Proactively identify opportunities for system improvements and optimization. + Contribute to the enhancement of development processes and standards. **Qualifications** **Required Clearance:** + Interim Secret clearance or higher required; Ability to obtain a Secret clearance required to maintain employment. + US citizenship required. **Required Certification:** + Security + Certification or higher DoD IAT Level II (DoD 8140 previously 8570). **Required Education and Experience:** + Bachelor's and fourteen (14) year or more experience; Masters and twelve (12) years or more experience; PhD or JD and nine (9) years or more experience. **Required Skills/Knowledge:** + 3+ years of hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. + Strong understanding of integration patterns, API design, and RESTful services. + Proficiency in Java, XML, JSON, and related technologies. + Experience with MuleSoft Development, Mule ESB, DataWeave, and Anypoint Studio. + Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and agile methodologies. + Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. **Desired Qualifications:** + MuleSoft Certified Developer - Level 1 (MCD) certification or higher. + Experience with cloud-based integrations and deployments. + Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as Jenkins, Git, and Docker. + Experience in the healthcare, defense, or intelligence sectors. Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
