Mode: On-Site.

Role Overview

• CRM Integration (Salesforce & Related Systems) We are seeking an experienced MuleSoft Technical Lead to architect, design, and oversee integration solutions for CRM systems, primarily Salesforce, and related enterprise applications.
• This role involves leading development teams, ensuring technical excellence, and driving best practices for API-led connectivity and secure integrations

Technical Leadership:

• Lead and mentor MuleSoft developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Define integration architecture and guide the team through design and implementation phases.

Solution Design & Delivery:

• Architect scalable, secure, and reusable MuleSoft APIs for Salesforce CRM and related systems.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects to align integration solutions with business and IT strategies.

Data Integration:

• Design and implement data synchronization between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
• Optimize data flows for performance, reliability, and scalability.

Security & Compliance:

• Implement secure authentication and authorization flows for CRM integrations.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security policies and governance frameworks.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work closely with Salesforce teams, business analysts, and QA teams.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and integration roadmaps.

Monitoring & Optimization:

• Establish monitoring, logging, and alerting strategies for MuleSoft applications. Drive performance tuning and proactive issue resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Technical Expertise: Extensive experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (API Manager, Runtime Manager, DataWeave).
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM APIs (REST/SOAP) and data model.
• Proficiency in integration protocols (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).

Leadership Skills:

• Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver complex integration projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Additional Skills:

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for MuleSoft deployments.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Preferred

Qualifications:

• MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect or Platform Architect.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP or marketing automation tools. Knowledge of API governance and best practices.
