Responsibilities: What You’ll Do • Directly support one of NYC’s most successful loan originators. • Manage client communications, track deals, and keep pipelines organized and moving fast. • Oversee the full loan process from application to closing — and what it takes to build lifelong client relationships. • Master the systems, habits, and mindset that create elite performance in sales and finance. Qualifications: What You’ll Need • Proven experience as a Loan Officer Assistant or Loan Originator in the state of NY. • MUST be able to work in our Garden City, NY office M-F; this is not a remote or hybrid position. • Proficient with technology, including Microsoft Office Suite and mortgage software (Salesforce, Arive, LendingPad). • Positive attitude. • Unparalleled work ethic. • Desire to go above & beyond.
