LaSalle Network is hiring a Collections Specialist for a fast-paced financial services organization in Chicago. This hybrid Collections Specialist role is built for someone who thrives in high-volume call environments and has experience in collections, ticket resolution, or customer account recovery.
Make high-volume outbound calls to customers regarding past-due balances
Negotiate payment plans and settlements while staying compliant
Overcome objections using persuasive, customer-focused communication
Maintain accurate documentation of all account activity and conversations
Research and resolve ticket discrepancies or account escalations
Hit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics
Partner with internal departments to resolve issues and streamline processes
1+ year of collections, call center, sales, or account resolution experience
Strong negotiation skills and the confidence to handle objections in real time
Ability to manage a high call volume without sacrificing accuracy
Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM or collections systems
Detail-orientation, organizational strength, and follow-through
