LaSalle Network is hiring a Collections Specialist for a fast-paced financial services organization in Chicago. This hybrid Collections Specialist role is built for someone who thrives in high-volume call environments and has experience in collections, ticket resolution, or customer account recovery. 

What’s the job?

• Make high-volume outbound calls to customers regarding past-due balances

• Negotiate payment plans and settlements while staying compliant

• Overcome objections using persuasive, customer-focused communication

• Maintain accurate documentation of all account activity and conversations

• Research and resolve ticket discrepancies or account escalations

• Hit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics

• Partner with internal departments to resolve issues and streamline processes

What’s needed?

• 1+ year of collections, call center, sales, or account resolution experience

• Strong negotiation skills and the confidence to handle objections in real time

• Ability to manage a high call volume without sacrificing accuracy

• Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM or collections systems

• Detail-orientation, organizational strength, and follow-through

• A competitive, metric-driven mindset
