Medicare Sales & Enrollment Specialist

Compensation Highlights

• $27 per hour
• $200 bonus when you obtain your license on the first attempt
• $300 bonus when you start production
• Uncapped $300 referral bonuses for each person you refer who completes training and one week of production (no limit!)

• We’ll provide a laptop and headset - you just need to provide a home monitor, keyboard, mouse, and an internet cable to get started

Responsibilities:

Program Schedule

• Full-time Training Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM HST
• First 7 weeks are on-site with no time off
  •   Location: 949 Kamokila Blvd, Kapolei, HI 96707
• Must be flexible to work assigned production shifts between 9:00 AM–9:00 PM HST after training

 

What You’ll Learn and Do

• Guide prospective members through their Medicare options with clarity and care
• Enroll customers into health plans that match their needs - all from your desk
• Learn to navigate systems, handle calls with confidence, and build trusted relationships with members
• Receive expert coaching, performance feedback, and growth mentorship along the way

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent 
• Strong communication and computer skills 
• Coachability, curiosity, and commitment to personal growth 
• Ability to pass the Hawaii state health insurance exam (we cover costs and provide study support!) 
• Willingness to work onsite 2x/week post-training for work, team events, and meetings
