Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate front office staff in patient check-in, scheduling, and administrative duties.
• Manage daily operations, schedules, and coverage to maintain smooth workflow and minimize wait times.
• Monitor performance, provide coaching and evaluations, and assist with hiring, training, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure accurate collection of co-pays, deductibles, and patient balances.
• Oversee insurance verifications, authorizations, and communication with billing teams.
• Maintain office supplies, equipment, and a clean, welcoming reception area.
• Conduct staff meetings, communicate updates, and uphold a culture of teamwork and accountability.
• Support high-quality patient care through exceptional service, attention to detail, and problem-solving.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of medical office or clerical experience (scheduling, phones, or patient services).
• Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare insurance verification, authorizations, and EMR systems a plus.
