Medical Assistant - FRONT & BACK OFFICE We're looking to hire a "PRN" Medical Assistant/Office Assistant to cover staffing when needed.
We're looking for a PART-TIME Medical Assistant/Office Assistant to work M/T/Th/F (9 AM- 5:30 PM)

Duties:
* Checks patients in and out, collects and posts copays and past balances.

Directs patient to the proper exam/treatment room.
Performs patient intake (including vital signs, medication reconciliation, enters data into EMR, medication refills, etc.)
Appointment confirmation calls, chart printing/prep for providers.
Maintains a neat and clean work area(s), including stocking/sanitation of patient exam rooms and the general office.
Appointment scheduling, answering phones/message taking, patient call backs, patient check-in/out, and other front office tasks on an as-needed basis.
Consistently projects a positive office image by maintaining professional behavior at all times, including smiling, greeting patients with enthusiasm, and interacting with patients and staff in an upbeat and helpful manner.
Reliable transportation is a must.
Performs EKG and other tasks ordered by providers.
Data input into EMR, medical record request printing/processing, and scanning records into EMR.
Overall team working attitude/demeanor.
