Responsibilities

• Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures.
• Perform routine clinical tasks, including taking vital signs and preparing patients for exams.
• Manage patient records and ensure accurate documentation in electronic health systems.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate patient follow-ups.
• Administer medications and injections as directed by the physician.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the medical office and equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families.
• Assist with billing and insurance verification processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a medical assistant program preferred.
• Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Previous experience in a medical office or clinical setting is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and basic clinical procedures.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
