Our school client is seeking K-12 Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in Chicago, IL.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy required from an accredited program.
• Must hold a valid Illinois occupational therapy license and meet school-based certification requirements.
• Experience working with children in an educational setting.

  CLIENT REQUIRED RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct evaluations to determine students’ functional abilities and develop individualized therapy plans.
• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy to help students improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living tasks.
• Work with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student success in the classroom.
• Keep accurate records of evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and compliance reports.
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing input on accommodations and modifications for student success.
