Hughes is leading global Managed Services Provider (MSP) as recognized by Gartner, the industry’s leading research and advisory firm. Hughes provides managed networking solutions to enterprises. Hughes' solutions include managed security (SD-WAN and SASE), managed wireless (4G/5G, Private Wireless, GEO/LEO Satellite) and managed digital signage solutions. Hughes is looking for an Energy and Industrial Sales Executive to support North America.

You will participate in the 2026 EchoStar North American Sales Compensation Program (ENSCP). The potential total compensation value, commission plus base salary, of that program for you is up to $220K annually at target with additional compensation above quota.
