8:00 AM-4:30 PM | Monday-Friday Leasing Agent / Activities Coordinator Responsibilities: - Show properties to potential tenants, process rental applications, and handle lease agreements.
- Ensure timely rent collection, manage late payments, and address any payment issues.
- Address tenant complaints, resolve disputes, and maintain positive tenant relationships.
- Oversee the move-in and move-out processes, including property inspections and condition reports.
- Prepare and manage lease agreements, renewals, and legal documentation.
- Assist the Director of Social Services with planning 2-3 activities a month for the residents.
- Develop activities calendar for property.
- Attend events at properties as scheduled.
- Ensure that the room has adequate space and seating for the number of residents that has signed up.
- Engage with residents in a professional manner.
- Maintain required paperwork.
Leasing Agent / Activities Coordinator Requirements: - Must possess high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of previous experience in property management is preferred, but entry level can apply as well. Company will train candidates who are interested in getting into property management.
- Must be outgoing, friendly attitude and ability to make others feel welcome and comfortable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
