Job Title: Leasing Agent / Activities Coordinator 
Location: Chatham, New Jersey

Type:  Contract To Permanent 
Compensation:  $20.00-$22.00 / hr. depending on experience 
Contractor Work Model:  Onsite
Hours:  8:00 AM-4:30 PM | Monday-Friday 

Leasing Agent / Activities Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Show properties to potential tenants, process rental applications, and handle lease agreements.
• Ensure timely rent collection, manage late payments, and address any payment issues.
• Address tenant complaints, resolve disputes, and maintain positive tenant relationships.
• Oversee the move-in and move-out processes, including property inspections and condition reports.
• Prepare and manage lease agreements, renewals, and legal documentation.
• Assist the Director of Social Services with planning 2-3 activities a month for the residents. 
• Develop activities calendar for property. 
• Attend events at properties as scheduled.
• Ensure that the room has adequate space and seating for the number of residents that has signed up.
• Engage with residents in a professional manner.
• Maintain required paperwork.

Leasing Agent / Activities Coordinator Requirements:

• Must possess high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of previous experience in property management is preferred, but entry level can apply as well. Company will train candidates who are interested in getting into property management.
• Must be outgoing, friendly attitude and ability to make others feel welcome and comfortable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
