Position Overview

Join our dynamic team in Corvallis, OR, as a Junior Sales Development Representative within the fast-paced world of cybersecurity. As a Junior SDR, you’ll be an integral part of a specialized team, working to bridge the gap between potential clients and our robust security solutions. Whether you’re just starting your career or looking to build on foundational experience, this role offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills in the technology sector. You’ll operate within the first shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, providing substantial work-life balance while engaging in impactful industry activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential leads through various outreach strategies using tools like Outreach.io, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of 3-5 SDRs to align on outreach strategies and achieve team targets.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis of market trends to identify new sales opportunities within a 100-mile radius.
  • Maintain accurate and current information on potential clients in Salesforce and ZoomInfo.
  • Actively participate in team meetings to strategize new approaches to lead generation and conversion.
  • Attend comprehensive industry specific training sessions to stay informed about the latest developments in cybersecurity solutions, focusing on identity management and cloud security.

Required Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of experience in sales or a customer-facing role.
  • HubSpot Sales Software Certification.
  • Google Analytics Certification.
  • Proficient in utilizing sales technologies such as Outreach.io, HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.

Preferred Qualifications

  • AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification.
  • Familiarity with security software, including but not limited to cybersecurity firms, identity management, and cloud security.
