The Role

We are looking for a talented and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our U.S. team remotely, based out of Houston, Texas. You will collaborate with our global creative and production teams to design high-quality visual assets across a variety of multimedia projects, from digital campaigns and animations to presentations and corporate storytelling materials.

This role is ideal for a designer eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced creative environment, working on projects that span multiple industries and regions.

This is for a 6 month contract position, but may be expanded for the right fit.

Responsibilities

• Support senior designers and project managers in developing design assets for film, e-learning, and other digital media.
• Create visuals for presentations, storyboards, social media, and web content.
• Prepare and deliver artwork for both print and digital channels.
• Ensure visual consistency and brand integrity across all materials.
• Assist in concept development and motion design tasks when needed.
• Participate in creative brainstorming and contribute new design ideas.
• Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
• Collaborate effectively with global teams across time zones.

Requirements

Requirements

• 1–2 years of professional design experience (agency or in-house preferred).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and execution across print and digital media.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign essential; After Effects or Figma a plus).
• Solid understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Interest in multimedia storytelling.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Self-motivated and adaptable to working remotely.
• May be possibility to meet with team or clients in person.
