Description We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team in Orange County. This role is ideal for individuals who excel at building relationships, identifying customer needs, and driving consistent sales results. The position will begin on a contract basis, with the potential to transition into a permanent role based on performance. Responsibilities + Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products and services + Respond to inbound inquiries and provide product information, pricing, and solutions + Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads + Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets + Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system + Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to enhance the customer experience + Provide feedback on customer trends, market conditions, and opportunities for growth Requirements Qualifications + 1-3 years of inside sales, telesales, or related customer-facing experience (B2B or B2C) + Strong communication and interpersonal skills + Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas + Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls + Experience using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) + Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently + High school diploma required; college degree preferred TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
