Ligori & Ligori is seeking a skilled Immigration Law Attorney to join our growing Tampa / Orlando office and help us expand into a new area of LAW. 

The ideal candidate will have experience handling a wide range of immigration matters, including family-based immigration, employment visas, adjustment of status, naturalization, asylum, removal defense, and waivers.

We prefer candidates with an existing book of business and the ability to expand their practice under our brand. 

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary/Draw: $100,000 annually.
• Commission: Performance-based — potential to earn whatever you can produce annually.
  (Full commission structure discussed during interview. High earnings require commitment and results.)
• Life Insurance: $100,000 policy fully paid by the firm.
• Paid Time Off:
  • 1 week after 6 months
  • 2 weeks after 1 year
  • 3 weeks after 2 years
  • 6 personal/sick days + 6 federal holidays annually.
• Health Coverage:
  • 4 plan options (including HSA).
  • 100% firm-paid health, dental & vision (basic plan).
  • Benefits begin 1st of the month after 30 days.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience practicing U.S. immigration law.
• Strong background in family-based petitions, removal defense, waivers, asylum, and naturalization.
• Knowledge of employment-based visas (H-1B, L-1, PERM, etc.) is a plus.
• Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Strong client communication skills, particularly when working with diverse communities.
• J.D. and active Florida Bar membership in good standing (required).
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred.
• Existing book of business preferred.
