About the Opportunity:
Master Services, LLC, a well-established and growing HVAC services provider is seeking an experienced HVAC Division Manager to lead its high-performing HVAC division. This is a leadership role for someone with a strong technical background, proven management skills, and experience using industry-leading tools like ServiceTitan to drive efficiency and growth.
Position Summary:
The HVAC Division Manager will oversee all aspects of service, installation, and maintenance operations, ensuring optimal team performance, customer satisfaction, and financial results. The ideal candidate will be both a strategic thinker and a hands-on leader who understands how to leverage operational platforms like ServiceTitan for dispatch, job costing, reporting, and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage HVAC technicians, installers, and administrative support
- Oversee scheduling and workflow using ServiceTitan
- Monitor and improve KPIs, job costing, and financial performance
- Ensure high standards of safety, quality, and compliance
- Build strong customer relationships and handle escalations professionally
- Recruit, train, and evaluate team members
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement growth strategies
- Identify process improvements and use data-driven insights to optimize operations
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of HVAC experience, including 2+ years in a management role
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, service, and installation best practices
- Proficient with ServiceTitan or similar HVAC management software
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience managing budgets, job costing, and division-level performance
- EPA certification required; HVAC license and/or NATE certification a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and modern field service technologies
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
