Position Overview:

As an HVAC Apprentice , you will play a vital role in assisting with the installation and maintenance of HVAC systems, ductwork, and blown-in insulation. You will work closely with experienced technicians and installers, learning the skills needed to excel in diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Assisting the Installation team with the installation of HVAC systems, ductwork, and blown-in insulation.
• Aiding Technicians in diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems.
• Performing all tasks with technical excellence to uphold our warranties and guarantees.
• Maintaining a positive learning attitude to become proficient in all aspects of plumbing repairs, new installations, and diagnosing service issues.
• Demonstrating the proper use and care of tools and equipment.
• Working and communicating effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Installing HVAC equipment such as furnaces, residential AC units, mini splits, boilers, packaged RTUs, and more.
• Retrofitting and installing ductwork as necessary.
• Troubleshooting installation issues.
• Embrace and learn sales processes.
• Aiming to advance into a Technician or Installer role.

What Does It Take?

• At least one year of field experience in HVAC Maintenance or Install
• Current driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Clear background check.
• Must obtain Universal EPA Certification within 90 days of employment.
• Working cell phone with internet connection.
• Reliable transportation.
• Outgoing, professional, clean-cut, and drug-free.
• Quick, sound decision-making abilities.
• Highly motivated, flexible, with a great attitude towards life.
• Ability to demonstrate the proper and safe use of tools and related equipment.
• Must be able to work in small attics and tight spaces.
• Effective communication skills both individually and in a team environment.
