We are currently seeking a Graphic Design Senior Specialist to join our team in Herndon, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).

Job Duties:

• Team Leader for the Graphic Design Team.
• Supports sales operations with presentation and image design/creation, formatting, and improvement.
• Supports critical projects such as, proposals, orals, marketing, events and customer visits.
• Identifies and evaluates design programs and the latest graphic techniques.
• Assures document/presentation/image is in compliance with internal style/template guidelines.
• Ensures formatting compliance with external and internal requirements.
• Maintains version control of all documents through use of software tools and frequent, consistent, clear communication with document creation teams.
• Conceive and design business graphics that represent complex business concepts in a sophisticated manner that aligns with corporate visual identity.
• Create Microsoft PowerPoint presentations, publications, and business graphics working directly with internal customers.
• Collaborate with proposal managers, account owners, sellers, technical architects and other internal customers to develop persuasive graphics and presentations.
• Manage content edits, modifications and version control for multiple presentations/images concurrently.
• Regularly updates proposal and sales repositories.
• Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion.
• Participation in the creation of a range of graphics in various media, including website, advertising banners, interface design for featured web sections (including video), email campaigns. 

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 years of graphic design experience, to include designing templates.
• Minimum 6 years of experience providing graphic and print support for large complex Federal Government proposals
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Adobe Cloud: Illustrator, Photoshop, XD, Bridge, and InDesign, and Acrobat X Pro)
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Outlook, and Project
• Ability to demonstrate experience through portfolio of design work.
• Excellent time management skills - require effective planning, execution, prioritization, and strong organizational capabilities. Must adhere to strict deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and meet scheduled milestones.
