Job Description

• Performs dishwashing responsibilities, which require that silverware, dishware, pots and pans, etc., be cleaned to sanitation requirements and to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintains the dish machines and dishwashing area within sanitation guidelines.
• Reports needed repairs to the Manager.
• Assists with basic food preparation when needed.
• Assists with food deliveries as directed by the supervisor and cleans and maintains coolers.
• Seeks to develop capabilities in the area of basic food preparation.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the manager or supervisor

• A self-starter.
• Demonstrates the ability to perform high quality work.
• Seeks to develop capabilities in the area of basic food preparation.
• Great people service skills, with the ability to provide service and streamline processes without compromising the integrity of the department and policies and procedures.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule
• Regular, timely attendance.
• Must demonstrate competency in reading, writing and arithmetic.
• Must demonstrate ability to multi-task, i.e., handle several tasks at once while maintaining interactions between the restaurant and kitchen.
