Summary: A bit about us : We are a warm and energetic family with two young children (ages 4 and 2 by March) and a newborn due January 26th. Mom will be recovering from a scheduled c-section and will be home full-time, and Grandma will be present for the early weeks to support the household rhythm. We’re seeking a nurturing and highly proactive mother’s helper who can keep the home running smoothly while providing engaging care for the older two children. Our children thrive on outdoor play, imaginative activities, adventure walks, and a predictable daily structure. We value communication, teamwork, and a caregiver who is comfortable flexing between childcare and household support depending on the day’s needs.
A bit about you : You are an energetic, playful, and self-starting nanny with strong stamina and the ability to care for multiple young children at once. You shine in fast-paced family environments and can intuit household needs with minimal guidance, especially while mom is healing and resting. You are collaborative, communicative, and respectful of family routines, seeking alignment with parents before making decisions or adjusting rules. You love spending time outdoors, are patient and encouraging, and bring both warmth and structure to the day. A caregiver who can take initiative, offer thoughtful problem-solving, and help maintain a calm, happy environment would be a fantastic fit.
Job Duties : This role will include a mix of childcare and household support, shifting day-to-day as needed. Responsibilities include caring for one or two children at a time, supervising outdoor play, planning engaging activities, occasional school drop-off/pickup using the family vehicle, and caring for the newborn when needed. Household duties include laundry, basic tidying, light meal prep or simple kid-friendly cooking, maintaining household flow, and noticing/resolving small tasks without being asked. During times when mom needs bonding time or rest, you may focus more heavily on household tasks to keep things running smoothly. Qualifications :
- Experience caring for multiple young children simultaneously
- Strong physical stamina, energy, and comfort with an active household
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Ability to switch between childcare and household duties based on daily needs
- Safe driving record; comfort driving children when needed
- Capable of simple family-friendly cooking and light household management
- Proactive, self-starter mentality with strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a home with parents and family present
Set yourself apart :
- Experience as a mother’s helper or in postpartum support environments
- Spanish-speaking skills (not required, but a bonus)
- Strong organizational strengths that help keep routines steady during transitions

Schedule: M-F 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
Pay: $31-38

Working Conditions and Requirements: - Work environment will be active, kid-centric and includes clean up of activities
- Part of each day may be spent outside, weather permitting, and will be active play
- Essential Physical Requirements:
- Position involves regular lifting, bending, squatting, reaching and pushing
- Must be able to lift 35 pounds safely
- Must be able to get up from and down to the floor numerous times throughout the day
- Will need to be able to react quickly to certain situations
- May need to react to emergent situations in a calm, effective and safe manner
