Position Description:

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

1. Ability to set forms accurately in all concrete applications including footings, walls, paving, SOG and sidewalks
2. Ability to tie rebar in both horizontal and vertical concrete applications
3. Assist in placement of concrete pours

Position Requirements:

Physical Requirements:

1. Must be able to lift 50 pounds or greater occasionally and 25-50 pounds frequently
2. Must be able to work outdoors and stand for majority of the day
3. Must be able to perform tasks while walking, climbing, bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and handling

Additional responsibilities will be assigned based on experience and performance.

Other considerations:

1. All offers of employment are conditioned by successfully passing a background check, drug screen and physical capacity test
2. Wages are based on experience and performance
3. Must be able to work outside the normal operating hours (7am-4pm, winter/fall 7am-3:30pm, spring/summer)
4. Employees are responsible for transportation to and from the job site

The following tools must be provided by the candidate:

1. Tool Bag (Includes Framing Hammer - Min 16oz., 25' Tape Measure, Nail Bag, Nail Puller, Quick Square, Utility Knife)
2. Wire Wheel & Plyers
3. Chalk Line
4. 4' Level
5. 10-12 lb. Sledge Hammer
6. Rubber Boots
