Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through prospecting, networking, and consistent follow-up
- Attend trainings and coaching sessions to build skills and stay on track with goals
- Conduct lead follow-up until appointments are set with a listing or buyer’s agent
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients through phone, email, and ongoing communication
- Manage sales inquiries from qualified leads and convert them into new clients
- Track and evaluate progress by producing monthly and quarterly sales reports
- Use CRM systems to ensure client and lead data is accurate, current, and accessible to the team
