Vincere Management Group is excited to announce an opening for a full-time Entry-Level Marketing position at our dynamic and growing company. This position is ideal for those fresh in their marketing career and looking to gain hands-on experience in a thriving and supportive environment. This role is based at our headquarters, and please note, it is not a remote job. Candidates will have the opportunity to work directly with our experienced marketing team, developing skills and strategies that are essential in today's competitive market.

As an Entry Level Marketing professional at Vincere Management Group, you will play a key role in implementing marketing strategies and campaigns for our diverse clientele. This position demands a creative and analytical mindset, readiness to embrace challenges, and an enthusiasm for learning new marketing tactics and tools. Our goal is to cultivate your understanding of the marketing world, providing you with the necessary tools to advance your career within the industry.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to effectively reach the target audience and achieve business goals.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for new campaign ideas and promotional strategies.
  • Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks and coordinate marketing projects and activities as requested.
  • Help organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV, etc.), exhibitions, and promotional events.
  • Conduct market research to identify marketing opportunities and negotiate media coverage.
  • Prepare promotional presentations and marketing materials like brochures and newsletters.
  • Write marketing literature (brochures, press releases etc) to augment the company’s presence in the market.
  • Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships whenever possible.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns to determine their effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage and update the company’s databases and customer relationship management systems (CRM).
  • Engage with other team members to ensure brand consistency in marketing and promotional efforts.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities as provided by the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Strong desire to learn along with professional drive and a solid understanding of different marketing techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing computer software and social media platforms.
  • Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistics methods.
  • Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and take initiative.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Outstanding presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with clients, large groups and senior management.
  • Enthusiastic and passionate about the marketing industry.
  • Proven experience in entry-level marketing roles with a focus on sales, B2B sales, and the ability to earn uncapped commission preferred.
  • Availability to travel as needed for campaigns, events, and other marketing activities.
