The Entry-Level Marketing Associate plays a hands-on role in planning, coordinating, and executing live events and promotional experiences. This position is ideal for energetic, detail-oriented individuals eager to gain real-world experience in event marketing and brand promotions. You will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure every event is executed seamlessly from start to finish.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with event planning and execution to ensure alignment with client goals and expectations
  • Communicate regularly with clients to understand event objectives and provide progress updates
  • Support event logistics, including setup, breakdown, scheduling, and staff coordination
  • Ensure all event materials, equipment, and resources are prepared and available on event day
  • Provide on-site support by managing registrations, coordinating activities, and resolving issues
  • Collaborate with internal marketing, design, and production teams for smooth event execution
  • Coordinate with vendors and external partners to meet event requirements
  • Collect feedback from clients, attendees, and team members to support continuous improvement
  • Assist with post-event reporting and performance analysis

 

Qualifications

  • No prior experience required — full training provided
  • Strong interest in event planning, event marketing, or brand promotions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional and confident interaction with clients, vendors, and team members
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
