Install, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial electrical systems
Troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently and effectively
Ensure compliance with NEC, local codes, and all safety protocols
Collaborate with a team of techs, HVAC pros, and plumbers to complete multi-trade jobs
Represent the company with professionalism, respect, and pride at every job site
Prepare accurate estimates for residential and light commercial electrical work, including labor, materials, and timelines
Identify and recommend additional services or upgrades that would benefit the customer, with professionalism and integrity

Valid Colorado RW, Journeyman, or Master Electrician license
Proven experience in residential and/or commercial electrical work
Strong skills in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair
Solid understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Experience in creating job estimates or willingness to learn estimating best practices
Comfortable with upselling and recommending additional services when appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction and company growth
