Your New Role

• Location: Denver, CO

• Install, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial electrical systems

• Troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently and effectively

• Ensure compliance with NEC, local codes, and all safety protocols

• Collaborate with a team of techs, HVAC pros, and plumbers to complete multi-trade jobs

• Represent the company with professionalism, respect, and pride at every job site

• Prepare accurate estimates for residential and light commercial electrical work, including labor, materials, and timelines

• Identify and recommend additional services or upgrades that would benefit the customer, with professionalism and integrity

• Valid Colorado RW, Journeyman, or Master Electrician license

• Proven experience in residential and/or commercial electrical work

• Strong skills in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair

• Solid understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Experience in creating job estimates or willingness to learn estimating best practices

• Comfortable with upselling and recommending additional services when appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction and company growth
