Position Overview:
As an Electrical Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and learn the skills required to become a fully licensed residential electrician. You will work under the direct supervision of licensed electricians, assisting with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential homes.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Help with the installation of wiring systems in homes, including electrical outlets, switches, lighting fixtures, and breaker panels.
• Assist with setting up electrical circuits, grounding systems, and installing devices like smoke detectors.
• Learn to interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and assist with necessary repairs.
• Provide exceptional customer service, offering solutions and assisting customers in making the best decisions for their homes and families.
• Ensure the delivery of five-star quality service on every job.
• Continually learn and improve, taking lessons from mistakes and experiences.

What Does It Take?

• At least 1 year of electrical experience in the field.
• High integrity, advanced social skills, and the ability to build solid connections with colleagues and customers.
• A strong focus on safety, both on the road and in the field.
• Valid driver’s license with a solid driving record; ability to obtain a chauffeur’s license if needed.
