**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team at Solstice Senior Living. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in our kitchen and dining areas by efficiently cleaning dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment to ensure high cleanliness standards.
- Clean, sanitize, and store all kitchen utensils, dishes, glassware, and pots/pans.
- Dispose of waste and recyclables according to company policies.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, including floors, walls, and food preparation areas.
- Assist kitchen staff with food prep and other tasks as needed.
- Monitor and restock supplies used in the dishwashing process.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Support team members during busy service periods as necessary.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
