Correctional Registered Nurse (RN) - Travel Position Location: Milan, NM Job Type: Travel Contract Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 3x12s Days Pay: $2107/week Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Correctional Registered Nurse (RN) to provide quality healthcare to incarcerated individuals in a secure environment. The ideal candidate will be skilled in patient assessment, emergency response, and chronic disease management while maintaining safety and professionalism within a correctional facility. Key Responsibilities: * Provide comprehensive nursing care, including assessments, medication administration, wound care, and emergency interventions. * Respond promptly to medical emergencies and urgent care situations. * Monitor and manage chronic health conditions and collaborate with providers on treatment plans. * Perform intake screenings, health assessments, and triage for new inmates. * Educate patients on health maintenance, medication adherence, and disease prevention. * Accurately document patient care and maintain medical records in compliance with facility policies and regulations.
