Job Title: Contract Recruiter
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Contract Recruiter to join our client to support full-cycle recruitment for high-volume roles across sales and operations teams. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and engaging top candidates while delivering an exceptional experience throughout the hiring process. The ideal candidate will bring energy, initiative, and a people-first mindset to drive successful placements and build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. This is a remote, full-time contract position available to individuals based in the Eastern or Central time zones.
Compensation:
$30.00 per hour
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Key Responsibilities of the Contract Recruiter:
• Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, focusing on call center, sales, and operational positions.
• Conduct thorough resume reviews, prescreening calls, and candidate interviews to assess experience, skills, and fit.
• Partner with hiring teams to understand job requirements and deliver strong candidate pipelines efficiently.
• Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) records with accuracy and compliance, ensuring seamless communication and documentation.
• Enhance the candidate experience by providing timely updates, professional engagement, and enthusiasm throughout the process.
Qualifications and Skills for the Contract Recruiter:
• 2–3 years of experience recruiting for sales, call center, or operations roles.
• Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems with attention to compliance and data integrity.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for connecting people to opportunities.
• Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive, engaging personality with genuine enthusiasm for recruiting and helping others succeed.
