Toll Brothers , America’s leading builder of luxury homes, seeks a Contract Administrator for our corporate office in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania.

What is the opportunity? 

This positions is hybrid with 3 days required on-site.

The Contract Administrator is responsible for overseeing contract management process, ensuring compliance with company policies, and facilitating effective communication between division and corporate teams. This role requires strong attention to detail, organization skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

What are the primary responsibilities?

  • Manage Ticketing System: Monitor, track, and process contract-related requests through the ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Contract Administration: Upload and maintain contracts in the company’s contract management system (E1), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
  • Communication: Act as a bridge between division and corporate teams, facilitating clear and efficient communication.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure that all contracts comply with the company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of contracts, amendments, and other relevant documents for auditing and reference purposed.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve contract-related issues by coordinating with internal stakeholders

  • Essential:
    • 1+ year of general administrative experience
    • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel
    • Accounting and construction-related math skills
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Ability to exhibit a high level of confidentiality
    • Must be able to gather and analyze information skillfully, with strong organizational skills
  • Preferred:
    • JD Edwards Enterprise One experience.
    • Proficient skills using Service Management Software (preferred: ServiceNow)
    • Basic understanding of Audit concepts and processes
