Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate: $42.09 - $56.83 / hour
Position requires at least 3 years healthcare construction experience
Plans, organizes, and coordinates the activities of general contractors, sub-contractors, vendors and owner's consultants that will plan and construct any and all assigned projects. Coordinates the technical activities of projects, including document review, submittals, quality control, installations per specifications of drawings, field coordination issues, as-built drawings, system testing, AHCA inspections and problem resolution.
