Pay Range: $50,000 - $90,000 annually, including bonuses and commissions
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with rotating weekend availability

As a Commercial HVAC Service Technician , you'll keep essential commercial systems running smoothly across the Tampa, FL area. This is a hybrid role; you’ll primarily work in the field, servicing client sites, and only report to the Tampa office as needed to pick up parts, supplies, or coordinate with the team. You'll handle everything from diagnostics to full repairs on HVAC/R equipment in office buildings, restaurants, medical clinics, and industrial sites.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Troubleshooting and repairing commercial HVAC/R systems
Servicing refrigeration units, ductwork, and control systems
Diagnosing electrical faults, air flow issues, and refrigerant problems
Providing clear communication and system guidance to clients
Maintaining organized service records and documentation
Keeping your assigned vehicle clean, stocked, and ready
Complying with all safety regulations and standards

Minimum 3 years of commercial HVAC/R experience
EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair capabilities
Ability to interpret blueprints and technical schematics
Skilled in safe use of hand and power tools
Clean or insurable driving record
Willingness to complete a written and verbal trade assessment
Familiarity with HVAC systems in restaurant and medical environments
