About the Role
We’re hiring Commercial Glass Installers to join a well-established and growing team in Ashland, VA. With multiple openings available , this is a solid opportunity to step into steady, full-time work with a supportive crew and room to advance.
What You’ll Do
Install commercial glass systems including storefronts, curtain walls, and other architectural glazing projects
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
Ensure proper alignment, fit, and finishing of all installations
Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
Collaborate with foremen, crew members, and project managers to meet deadlines and quality standards
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience with commercial glass installation
Knowledge of storefronts, curtain walls, or similar glass systems
Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced construction environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices
Reliable and motivated — looking for a long-term career path
