Schedule: Monday–Friday, flexible hours | Full-Time
Salary: $55,000–$58,000 , depending on qualifications

Position Overview:
Youth Outreach Services is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Clinical Counselor to support youth and families experiencing mental and behavioral health challenges. Reporting to the Program Manager, this role provides individual, group, and family counseling, develops treatment plans, and conducts home or school visits as needed.
Responsibilities:
Provide individual, group, and family therapy to youth and their families.
Develop, monitor, and update client treatment plans.
Conduct home or school visits when appropriate.
Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure high-quality care.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field (required).
Preferred license: LPC, LSW, or AMFT.
Experience working with adolescents in a counseling or clinical setting.
Bilingual in Spanish.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (insurance required).
