We’re looking for a Client Travel Support Specialist to provide exceptional service to travelers before, during, and after their trips. You’ll focus on delivering solutions, answering questions, and ensuring every journey is memorable and worry-free.
Assist clients in selecting and booking the right travel packages
Provide expert advice on destinations, travel requirements, and experiences
Help resolve travel disruptions quickly and effectively
Work closely with travel suppliers to confirm and adjust bookings
Keep accurate records of client preferences and trip details
