Assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price and terms
Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate property values
Provide guidance on promoting properties effectively to attract advantageous offers
Promote sales through various channels, including advertisements, open houses, and listing services
Proven track record of successful sales in the real estate industry
Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
Strong communication and negotiation abilities
Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Minimum age of 18
