Responsibilities

• Assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price and terms

• Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate property values

• Provide guidance on promoting properties effectively to attract advantageous offers

• Promote sales through various channels, including advertisements, open houses, and listing services

Requirements

• Proven track record of successful sales in the real estate industry

• Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

• Minimum age of 18
