Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join a growing technology manufacturing company in Littleton, MA . The ideal candidate will manage daily financial operations, maintain accurate records, and ensure the smooth execution of accounting and payroll functions. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all daily accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
  • Reconcile bank statements, balance sheets, and inventory transactions
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements, reports, and analyses
  • Process journal entries, accruals, and expense allocations
  • Oversee payroll administration and coordinate with external payroll providers
  • Maintain financial accuracy and assist with month-end and year-end closings
  • Support audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
  • Generate reports and dashboards in SAP Business One (SAP B1) for management review
  • Provide general administrative and financial support to office operations

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in SAP Business One (SAP B1) is required
  • Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience , preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and cost accounting principles
  • Advanced skills in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary range : $75,000 to $90,000 per year, based on experience
  • Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
