Bookkeeper
Location: Tamarac, FL
Salary: $50,000 per year
Full-time | 40 hours per week
About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to manage financial records and support daily accounting functions. The right candidate will be experienced in QuickBooks Online and confident handling accounts payable, accounts receivable, and multiple accounts/customers simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Online.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure financial accuracy.
Prepare invoices, track payments, and manage collections.
Handle multiple client accounts with efficiency and accuracy.
Assist with financial reporting as needed.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is required.
Strong knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple accounts/customers effectively.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
