Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Orange Pediatric Therapy
Location: Skokie, Illinois
Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Pay Range: $70,000 – $90,000 per year (based on experience)

BCBA Responsibilities
Design, implement, and oversee individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans
Conduct functional behavior assessments and update treatment goals
Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client progress
Maintain compliance with ethical, clinical, and insurance requirements
Promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
BCBA Qualifications
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required)
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
Experience providing ABA therapy and supervising RBTs
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
A genuine passion for working with children with autism and their families
