What You'll Be Doing

• Operates machinery that blows mold containers of various sizes and colors.

• Monitors the quality of bottles and ensures they meet quality control standards and specifications.

• Suggests changes in working methods and use of equipment to increase the department’s efficiency.

• Notifies supervisor of any manufacturing problems, as well as analyzing and resolving work problems, or assisting workers in solving problems in a helpful and timely manner.

• Maintains and enforces all safety rules and regulations and maintains good housekeeping in all related areas.

• Maintaining blow molding machines, chillers, air compressors, grinders, blenders.

• Must be able to hang molds and set up to run.

• Fill in for operators on all shifts when needed.

• Must be able to trouble shoot electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, problems

What You'll Bring

• High school diploma or (GED)

•3 years of Blow Mold Machine Maintenance and/or Injection Molding required

• 3 years of manufacturing maintenance required

• Long periods of standing is a requirement of the position

• Lifting, twisting, carrying up to 60 lbs. is a requirement of the position

• Working in non-temperature and temperature-controlled environments.

• Possibility of working around high noise levels, depending on location

• Be able to wear full face respirator as necessary

• Must be able to work in accordance with Health and Safety and GMP regulations.

• Must be able to work overtime when necessary.

What You Will Get

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career.This position has a base salary range of $36-$41/HR. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
