At The Lighthouse Children?s Home, we are searching for a dedicated Behavior Technician who is passionate about making a significant difference in the lives of troubled young girls aged 13-17. The ideal candidate will work closely with our behavior therapists to implement structured behavioral plans, providing both educational support and therapeutic interventions in a compassionate and understanding manner.
