Behavior Technician – Odessa, TX ( In-Home / Part-time or Full-time)

As a key part of a child’s journey, you’ll work 1:1 in their home or community, helping them build the foundations of a more connected and regulated life.
Support children during meaningful time together
Bring to life personalized growth plans crafted by your Clinical Partner (BCBA)
Help families feel heard, included, and cared for
Track progress simply and clearly — no overwhelming systems
Share your voice and ideas — and expect them to matter

Are a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or open to becoming one (we’ll help)
Live near Odessa, TX and have reliable transportation
