Eugene's Hot Chicken in Montgomery, AL is looking for one bar manager to join our 25 person strong team. We are located on 79 C Commerce St. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of the bar including inventory levels, cleanliness and safety
• Ensure liquor license is up to date and in accordance with legislation
• Hire, train, and develop new bar team members
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner

Qualifications

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of bar equipment used
• Licenses or certifications that apply in the area
• Experience in a bar position preferred
