An OCM practitioner to support the rollout of an AI toolset to the institution. This candidate would help with: - Drafting communications / surveys / engagement o Working with our internal Communications Department to distribute comms across institutional channels o Creating digital slides to display across digital monitors o Developing surveys to build on our baseline readiness survey o Preparing comms packages for various stakeholders - Supporting the activation and engagement of AI Change Champions o Surveying champions o Identifying communication, resource, learning needs o Managing a meeting cadence for champions o Preparing comms packages for champions o Supporting the development of a SharePoint resource site - Being open to utilizing gamification to boost engagement and learning - Creating invites and presentations for information sessions / town halls - Supporting the facilitation of information sessions / town halls - Identifying educational resources and working with our internal team to create job aids or web content

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $75.00/hr.
