We are actively seeking compassionate and dependable Caregivers, Home Care Aides (HCAs), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) with experience caring for seniors to join our growing team. Caregiver Compensation & Benefits * Competitive pay: $21.00 – $23.00/hour (HCA & CNA) * Flexible scheduling * Health, dental, and vision insurance * Paid Time Off (PTO) & sick leave * Free continuing education and training * Supportive and professional work environment Caregiver Responsibilities * Provide pleasant, supportive companionship * Assist with ambulation and mobility (in-home and outside activities such as walks or doctor’s appointments) * Assist with personal care, hygiene, dressing, and daily living activities * Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation * Monitor clients and report unusual incidents to the agency, medical professionals, and family members * Respond quickly and responsibly in emergency situations Caregiver Requirements * Active CNA or HCA certification in the State of Washington, or proof of completion/current enrollment in a training program * Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and reliable transportation * Ability to pass criminal background and fingerprint checks * Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions in English * U.S. work authorization (required) * Reliable, punctual, and professional * Compassionate with excellent bedside manner * Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills * Physical ability to perform required job duties Equal Opportunity Employer Actikare Responsive In Home Care is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
