You’ll also help execute shopper marketing programs and point-of-sale strategies that drive conversion at shelf, manage marketing budgets, and support integrated communication plans that resonate with consumers.

If you’re a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, a passion for storytelling through data, and a love for cookies, this role is for you.

  • Manage relationships with external vendors ensuring quality output and cost efficiency
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines with attention to detail

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field; master’s degree in business is a plus
  • 2-5 years’ experience in consumer-packaged goods brand marketing

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook; SAP knowledge a plus
  • Motivation to grow in a merit-based, fast-paced, multinational organization
  • Passion for working on a purpose-forward brand committed to making a positive impact, including initiatives like our grant program supporting Black entrepreneurs
