Bharatesh Education Trust’s Global Business School, Belagavi conducted Union Budget 2021 analysis competition with an objective to provide an opportunity to students to express their views on Union Budget 2021-22 and its impact on various sectors of the economy. Dr. Prasad Daddikar Director-BET’S GBS welcomed the gathering.
Shri Rajeev Doddannavar Secretary Bharatesh Education Trust spoke to students on making a budget and shared budgets impact on business firms and day-to-day activities of an individual’s life.
Students in their presentation highlighted six pillars of the budget – health and well-being, physical, financial capital and infrastructure, inclusive development for aspirational India, reinvigorating human capital, innovation and R&D and minimum government and maximum governance. They elaborated on the six pillars from their perspectives.
MBA first year student Ms. Nayana Chandam won the budget analysis competition. BET GBS faculty members and students were part of the event. Assistant Professor Ranjana Chougule coordinated the program.
