International Yoga Day

Worldwide every year 21st June is celebrated as International Yoga Day to create awareness among the people on importance of practicing yoga. Yoga is one of the ancient practice originated from India which makes an individual physically, mentally and spiritually strong.

Students were educated on importance of doing yoga on daily bases and how it facilitates to strengthen concentration power and building good health. Students were enlightened upon natural benefits and how yoga can prevent number of diseases. Event also emphasized upon the formation of International yoga day logo which includes essence of nature, earth, water, energy, unity and oneness.

Ms. Smrita Yadav, MBA 2nd year student from Nepal demonstrated on five pranayama she practices on daily bases like Bhastrika, Kapalbhati, Anulom-Vilom, Brahmari and Udgeetha. She told to her classmates how it is helping her to be strong and stress free.

Dr. Prasad Daddikar director BET Global Business School inspired the students to inculcate the habit of practicing yoga and contribute towards building healthy and wealthy nation.
